Ladies and Gentlemen, it is time for our iCTF DC 2022 Grand Final between IIFE() vs. uwu` (two of the worst clantags I’ve ever seen)!

Once again the DC rules taught us on the one hand that you need a balanced team and on the other hand you need to find that one steal to make it far in the cup. (Of course you could also have one of the best players in the game and a great steal and still finish last, hi iron^!) Both captains did an awesome job collecting their players, especially Deaod, who took over after stonedjesus has quit the cup, because he didn’t manage to pick 5 laming PTs.

Let’s take a closer look at the teams.

Improbable Immediate Flag Extraction:
Deaods team has finished 2nd in group D with 3 map wins and 3 losses. They only had 0.6 more points than KurWa. After the groupstage they practiced like crazy and eliminated against all odds Rather Play Duku and team Team D-Mich without losing a single map.

Player to watch: r3v0lt3
It’s hard to pick a special player in this roster, since every player has his own role. They have great teamplay and have a huge variability in their maps and rosters. However if you want to pick someone then it might be r3v0lt3. He is known for his flag running skills and has a lot of experience in higher divisions.

Steal of the team: seeya
With only 420 points seeya is definitely a steal in this cup. He has good frag power and also knows what needs to be done to allow his teammates to cap.

Team UwU:
uwu` finished also 2nd in their group C. They managed to kick out wdn and Tx20 out of the cup. In their first Play-off round they had absolutely no problem against -=DoD=- and eliminated TOP>_< in a tense and close game in semifinals.

Player to watch: skye
Senator has almost as many personalities as myself, but this one must be his best so far. He changed his playstyle from pure mid fragging to being an absolutely grabbing machine. Together with :3ennoo:3 they are a huge threat for every defense.

Steal of the team: yk
Theres no doubt that yk is the steal of the cup. With ridiculously 360 points he’s been fragging like a div2 player and even managed to hit 190 on Duku. His frag power allows skye and :3ennoo:3 to focus on grabbing.

Acrony: Deaod , AnNiHiLaToR Defense - Duy , Qbit and r3v0lt3 attack

uwu`:
Duku: FluX, Anorexia Defense - yk mid - :3ennoo:3, skye attack
Rune: FluX, Anorexia defense - skye, :3ennoo:3, Brasco attack

IIFE() will win 3:1 since they have the better team play and more variability on maps, while uwu` is limited to their frag power.
